3390125 - How To Enable Services to a Business Role?


In the left menu of the system you only see the home page but not the other views.

When a new business role is created by default only the Home page and other services are added. The customer should add the other required services from their side.


In order to see other views in the left menu and in the settings you should follow below steps:

  1. Login to the system and click on the profile icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings.
  4. Open Business role screen.
  5. Open your business role.
  6. In Business Services Section click on + to add the services for which you would like access. Or if you want access to all, then click on Select all and click Add.
  7. You will see that now the services will appear in the App list section. Make sure that the "Enable app" toggle is enabled. You can use the button "Enable all apps" to enable all the apps in app list.

The apps that will appear in app list are the ones related to the business service you added in business service section. In general in the app list there will be two apps for a service. For example, if you enable Case service in business service it will appear in the app list the Cases (non admin app) and the Case Admin app. The non admin view is the one that appears in the left menu. The admin app is the view related to the case admin settings.
