3390136 - [Onboarding] Employee Central profile is updated before the Onboarding is complete for a Rehire candidate

Symptom

In a rehire scenario where onboarding process is not completed the Employee Central profile is updated with for example "start date"

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Resolution

This is system behavior now, once the Rehire is accepted and candidate goes to Review New Hire Data, the EC profile is update.
