3390167 - Add Simple KPI Not Working for Engagement Map

You are working with engagement maps and want to add a simple KPI to it; however, none of the four fields of section "Select KPI Component" load any values.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Activity Planner work center.
2. Select the Engagement Map view.
3. Open Engagement Map ABC (where ABC is the ID of an Engagement Map).
4. Go to the KPIs tab.
5. In the "Simple KPI Calculation" section, click in the Add button.

You notice no values loaded in the fields of the "Select KPI Component" section.

Engagement Map ABC does not have a Point of Engagement (PoE) that contains Product Surveys. Only product surveys are valid for calculation KPIs.

This is the system current standard behavior. 

To solve this:

1. Go to the Activity Planner work center.
2. Select the Engagement Map view.
3. Open Engagement Map ABC (where ABC is the ID of an Engagement Map).
4. Go to the Points of Engagement tab.
5. Click in the Add button.
6. Select DEF (where DEF is the ID of a PoE that contains Product Surveys).
7. Click in the OK button.
