3390229 - Not possible to edit profiles in "Create Settlement Profile" configuration

When trying to edit some of the settlement profiles in Configuration Activity / SSCUI 105768 - Create Settlement Profile, all the fields and buttons are greyed out, not allowing to change the entries.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

In this configuration, specific profile like YBMFP1 or YBMF99 are not editable, and other settlement profile like YEAM01 or YPSOVH etc are allowed to edit.

This is by design, since some profiles have fix content in Cloud.
