3390239 - Small quantity rounding in APO System

• Order should be created with a small component quantity in PPDS / ePPDS side, but after order creation the component quantity is rounded up. For example 0.1g, but the APO system rounds it to a bigger Qty like 1g.
• Similarly, if a component quantity is too small, component will become ZERO quantity, and will be not included in the components list. Warning message also displayed: "Component quantity product xxxxxxx has ZERO value" (Warning Message No. /SAPAPO/CULL1859)
• This is typically appears in scenarios with Unit of Measurements (UoM) of 'KG' / 'G' and when Base UoM in combination set as countable UoM, for example 'PC'
