3390239 - Small component quantities rounded or dropped due to LiveCache 3-decimal limit in Base UoM (e.g., 0.1 g becomes 1 g; very small quantities become ZERO)

• Component quantities are rounded up during order creation in side-by-side (ERP+APO)/ePPDS because LiveCache stores quantities in the Base Unit of Measurement (Base UoM) with only three decimal places; for example, 0.1 G in the BOM is converted to 0.001 KG and rounded to 1 G in the order.
• Very small component quantities drop to zero after conversion to the Base UoM and the component is excluded from the component list; warning shown: "Component quantity product xxxxxxx has ZERO value" (Message /SAPAPO/CULL1859).
• Issue occurs when planning in S/4HANA or ERP integrated with APO/PPDS, especially with UoM combinations such as KG/G or when the Base UoM is a countable UoM (for example PC) and conversion results in less than 0.001 in the Base UoM.
• In PDS display (/SAPAPO/CURTO_SIMU), the component can appear as 0.1 G, but during order creation the quantity is stored in the Base UoM and rounded due to the three-decimal precision.
