3390296 - How to clear exchange rate differences with transaction ABCOL

Symptom

In a parallel currency depreciation area, the total balance should be zero.
In the corresponding area, down payments and down payment clearings offset each other (total=0).

However, due to fluctuating exchange rates, exchange rate differences occur in the APC (Acquisition and Production Costs).
As a result, the balance in the parallel depreciation area is not zero.
