Whenever you open a model in preview mode, a prominent approval error is thrown in the header bar. It even occurs with processes that went through a successful approval workflow before. It is also not localized. The error does not occur in published mode.

Resolution
The Approval Error message is displayed when approval workflow functionality is technically available on your workspace, but has not been activated.
If you want to eliminate the error message, please activate approval workflow according to our documentation:
