3390390 - Change in Depreciation Parameters Within the Current Fiscal Year

Symptom

When depreciation parameters (e.g. depreciation key, useful life) are changed, the system applies these changes to all open fiscal years.
However, there is a requirement to adjust depreciation parameters within an already open fiscal year and/or during the course of a fiscal year.
