3390613 - The Name Section of Sales Document Only Displays Title of Private Account.

You are trying to create a sales document (Sales Order, Service Order etc) for private account, but only Title (German 'Herr' = Mr.) is displayed in Name section of Involved parties and the actual name is shown in the Additional Name 1 field.

In this case we have taken example of Service order:

1. Go to Service Order work center.
2. View: Service order processing.
3. Create new service order for account 1000020.
4. Navigate to Involved parties tab.

Title Herrn (Mr.) is displayed for private account 1000020 in Name section in address sub-tab and the actual name is shown in the field 'Additional Name Field 1. 

In some country/regions the address formatting rules demand that the form of address is maintained in a separate lines and Germany is one of them. The Title, First name and Last name should be maintained in two different lines.

For Example: 

Title,

First and Last name,

Whereas if the individual customer is from the United States, then the form of address would be printed in the same line. For Example: Mr. XYZ (XYZ represents Customer's name).
