3390667 - SLD Registration returns : "No key file 'slddest.cfg.key' used "

Symptom

When sldreg command is used to configure an SLD connection file via the below command :

sldreg -configure slddest.cfg  –usekeyfile 

an error occurs with the following output :

<date> <time> <year>  Data written to secured data file 'slddest.cfg'
<date> <time> <year>  Using destination file 'slddest.cfg'.
<date> <time> <year> No key file 'slddest.cfg.key' used.
<date> <time> <year>  Use encryted destination file 'slddest.cfg' as data source
