3390673 - TCI implementation is stuck in phase "AUTO_MOD_SPDD"

Symptom

During TCI note implementation, SPAM phase "AUTO_MOD_SPDD" is taking long time and it is not progressing further.

A time-out dump is observed in ST22.

 What happened?
     Program "SAPRUPGM" has exceeded the maximum uninterrrupted runtime and has
     therefore been terminated.

  • DDIC user is unlocked and has relevant authorizations in the client in which the TCI note is being implemented.

No other logs report errors.
