3390744 - "Enter Net Value" is raised unexpectingly during Sales Order creation.

Previously when putting a material number into the material field and hitting enter, the cursor would move into the order quantity field.
Now hitting enter prompts the message 'enter Net value' and the curser remains in the material field.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Sales Order using the VA01 Create Sales Order App.
2. Enter the Mandatory data.
3. Enter the material number.
4. Press enter.
5. The expectation is that the mouse should move to the order qty field however this does not happen , and the "Enter Net Value" is raised. 

• The navigation is linked to the incompleteness check. 
• Configuration of item category and the assigned incompleteness procedure is not correct.

If there is a need for a warning for the quantity, which also then navigates to the corresponding field in the item list, please also mark the checkbox for the order quantity within the relevant incompleteness procedure.
