3390778 - Error: "Unable to create an instance of class 'interface com.businessobjects..." when scheduling webi document with prompts using Restful SDK

Symptom

  • Impossible to schedule a Webi document.
  • When attempting schedule a Webi report by sending a RESTful command to the WACS on Port 6405, it returns the error:
       
    "Unable to create an instance of class 'interface com.businessobjects.rebean.wi.services.IDocumentInstanceManagementService'
         
  • Sending the same command on Tomcat works.
