3390932 - Data in /JP_ZENGINKYO (or /JP_ZENGINKYO_XML) Payment Media File is Separated into Multiple Groups - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The data in /JP_ZENGINKYO (or /JP_ZENGINKYO_XML) payment media file is separated into multiple groups, which does not fulfil the business requirement to send to the bank.

1. Navigate to "Manage Payment Media"
2. Download the payment media file
3. Open file, multiple groups of data found

By default, the content in the payment media file is grouped into multiple sections, based on the configuration of Sort / Key Fields in the "Map Format Data" setting. This standard product behavior aligns with the guidelines set by ZENGINKYO (Japan Bank Association), and the SAP delivered format conforms to these guidelines. 

If the content of payment media does not fulfil the business requirement, it's possible to eliminate the Sort / Key Fields and update the related nodes and levels. The following steps illustrate the process using the "/JP_ZENGINKYO" (or "/JP_ZENGINKYO_XML") format:

1. Launch the "Map Format Data" application and choose the payment format in use, for instance, "/JP_ZENGINKYO".
2. On the left side of the screen, double-click "Format Mapping Properties".
3. Proceed to the "Sort / Key Fields" tab.
4. Discard the second Sort / Key Fields item "FPAYH-DTAWS" (Instruction Key).
5. Update the level of the third Sort / Key Fields item "FPAYH-DOC1R" from 3 to 2.
6. Double-click the "Information/Header/Trailer" node on the left side of the screen, adjusting its Level to 1.
7. Double-click the "Data" node, modifying its Level to 2.
8. Save and activate the format tree.

Please note that these steps are just an example. For specific settings of nodes, levels, and sort/key fields, please make adjustment based on business scenario.
