3390978 - Error while updating JVM: "scc_Daemon was not uninstalled properly by /sbin/chkconfig."

Symptom

The following error is seen while updating JVM for the Cloud Connector.

[root@ ~]# /opt/sap/scc/daemon.sh reinstall
error reading information on service scc_daemon: No such file or directory
scc_Daemon was not uninstalled properly by /sbin/chkconfig.
