Symptom

You try to import interaction with OData service API_MKT_INTERACTION_SRV but got the following error in the import monitor app.

Value * invalid for attribute 'IA_STATUS'.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the import monitor app
  2. Check payloads ran into errors

Cause

Invalid value was used for attribute 'IA_STATUS'.

Resolution

  • Attribute IA_STATUS's values are pre-defined and cannot be configured in manage your solution app.
  • Here is the available value list:
