3391154 - Error message FAA_POST210 - 'New transfer of accumulated values not possible (asset &1)' when posting to a legacy asset - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Posting to a legacy asset results in FAA_POST210 - New transfer of accumulated values not possible (asset &1).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Post Legacy Transfer app.
2. Enter the details of the asset/company code,
3. Simulate the desired posting. 
4. Error is thrown. 

The asset should be checked to see if it already has postings to at least one area. 
 If this is the case and posting to an area that has not been posted to is required, then there are two possible approaches. 

Option 1
Reverse the already transfer values and repost to include the excluded area. 

Option 2
Via the Post Post Miscellaneous Transactions app.
Using Transaction Type 158, enter the values and the dates required. Limit to leader/depreciation area needed. 
Go to "Line Items", here you can adjust the values and add in Accumulated APC/Depreciation. 
Simulate and post. 
Then review the values in the Manage Fixed Assets app.
