How do we enabled MS Teams Integration if we are already using Outlook Integration for Interview Scheduling?

Resolution

To enable MS Teams with outlook integration already enabled:

  1. In Admin Centre -> Set up Interview Scheduling Outlook Integration needs to be enabled, the connection need to be verified and established. (For Modern Authentication only)


  2. In the Azure Portal Make sure the permissions listed here have been granted.
  3. Go to Manage Recruiting Settings and under Interview Settings click "Verify and Connect". Once the verification has been complete enable MicroSoft Teams integration.
