3391227 - User creation in the shadow instance for SPDD is not possible due to a missing table error

Symptom

While attempting to create a user in shadow instance for SPDD adjustment, an error is observed at the bottom of GUI.

  • The error message reads "missing table" when attempting to save the user.
  • Checking the system log using SM21, an error line can be identified like; "error: Table <Table_name> does not exist on the database with ID <DB_Schema>".
