"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Resolution

When using "Teams for Online Meetings" the system will just integration with Microsoft teams, this integration will not include outlook integration. "Outlook and Teams for Online Meetings" will include both Outlook and Microsoft Teams. In both cases a outlook calendar item with the MS Teams link will be created. However when using "Teams for Online Meetings" you will only see the option for MS Teams in Manage recruiting settings:

If you use "Outlook and Teams for Online Meetings" you will see two options, one for Teams and one for outlook:

When using "Teams for Online Meetings" the availability of the interviewer will not come from outlook, it's not possible to use meeting rooms and the trigger "Outlook Response to Interview Organizer" will not work.

Note: For customers with outlook integration set up already, you will only see the switch for MS Teams in Manage Recruiting Settings and the system will always include both the MS Teams and Outlook integrations.
