3391273 - How to repeat texts in output form template?

You would like to replicate texts within an output form template but are unsure of the correct procedure to efficiently duplicate text elements.

1. Open a form template in Adobe LiveCycle Designer
2. Add a new text
3. Text is not replicated in other pages when more than 1 page exists

Missing configuration in Text.

To fix a text at the bottom of each page without creating it in the master in Adobe LiveCycle, you can use a footer subform. Here's how you can do it:

1. Open your purchase order form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
2. Go to the page where you want to add the fixed text at the bottom.
3. Create a new subform by selecting the "Subform" tool from the Object Library and drawing a rectangle at the bottom of the page.
4. Right-click on the newly created subform and select "Subform Properties."
5. In the Subform Properties dialog box, go to the "Pagination" tab.
6. Check the "Repeat Subform for Each Data Item" option.
7. Set the "Maximum Occurrences" to a high number or leave it as blank if you want the text to appear on every page.
8. Click OK to close the Subform Properties dialog box.
9. Inside the subform, add a text field or any other desired content that you want to appear at the bottom of each page.
10. Adjust the size and formatting of the text field as needed.
11. Save your form and preview it to see the fixed text at the bottom of each page.
