3391300 - How to 'Configure PGP Encryption'?

As of Workforce Time and Attendance version 17.1, Import and Export of PGP encrypted files is now supported natively by the product.

PGP allows a significant security advantage when files are used for imports or exports because it ensures that when the data is at rest on the SFTP server it is in an encrypted state.  This adds additional safeguards against theft or alteration.

To enable this feature, it's recommended the customer create two 2048 bit RSA PGP keys.
The first to be used by the customer to encrypt import files prior to uploading them to the WorkForce Software SFTP server.
The second to be used by the customer to decrypt export files after they are downloaded from the SFTP server (e.g. typically payroll).
