After 2311 Enablement, we are facing issue while completing Personal Data Collection Step when Centralized Services in enabled in Employee Central.
Cancel Onboarding is Impacted if Service Layer is enabled.

- This is a Known Issue.
- Engineering Team has already identified a fix for the same
Resolution
- Engineering team is working on a fix.
- We will be updating the timeline of the fix, please review this article for further information.
- Additionally, you may reach out to your SAP Account Manager to check for the fix date regarding OBX-28373
NOTE: Centralized Services will not be enabled in Production instances after the 2H 2023 Release. In onboarding general settings, the switch "Enable Centralized Services for Onboarding" will not be available for all the instances in Production Stack. The release date to enable Centralized Services for Production will be communicated shortly.
