3391321 - Not All Brands Show When Adding Brand Picklist Term to a Category Page - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

The Simple Rule Editor in Category Pages only shows brands for which there are active jobs, rather than showing all brands.

This behavior will be corrected within the 2H 2023 (b2311) release.
