3391335 - Error 9582 State 8 when Job Scheduler is started - SAP ASE

• When the Job Scheduler is started, it fails to come online due to unable to set the jstask password.
  Error: 9582, Severity: 16, State: 8
  Warning: The sum of the minimum numbers of alphabetic characters, digits, and special characters in a password is greater than the minimum length of the password.
  Job Scheduler failed to create jstask password. Job scheduler will try to restart itself.
• The ASE is configured for custom password policies set by sp_passwordpolicy
