Symptom
- After transferring a Model to a target tenant via ".package" or ".tgz", The model's public dimension properties are different than they were on the source tenant.
- If the model uses Public Dimension, indicated by italicized dimension properties. Overwritten italicized properties will not be transferred to the target system.

- SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.21
Reproducing the Issue
- Create a Public Account Dimension, “Public_Dim"
- Add a member ID and populate its description and/or dimension property.
- Create a Model that uses "Public_Dim".
- Notice "Public_Dim" descriptions or properties are in italics. This indicates they have been inherited from the Public Dimension.
- Override an italicized cell by repopulating the cell.
- Export the Model and all its dependencies (including “Public_Dim") via ".package" or ".tgz"
- Import the ".package" or ".tgz" onto a different tenant
- Notice any overwritten public dimension cells will not be transferred.
