3391339 - Overwritten Public Dimension Properties Not Transferred With Model in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• After transferring a Model to a target tenant via ".package" or ".tgz", The model's public dimension properties are different than they were on the source tenant.
• If the model uses Public Dimension, indicated by italicized dimension properties. Overwritten italicized properties will not be transferred to the target system. 

• SAP Analytics Cloud 2023.21 

1. Create a Public Account Dimension, “Public_Dim"
   • Add a member ID and populate its description and/or dimension property.
2. Create a Model that uses "Public_Dim".
   • Notice "Public_Dim" descriptions or properties are in italics. This indicates they have been inherited from the Public Dimension.
3. Override an italicized cell by repopulating the cell.
4. Export the Model and all its dependencies (including “Public_Dim") via ".package" or ".tgz"
5. Import the ".package" or ".tgz" onto a different tenant
6. Notice any overwritten public dimension cells will not be transferred.
