3391508 - Import Data -Error 'Permission ID invalid' - SAP Successfactors Learning

Encounter errors when uploading admin roles via "Import Data" in LMS. Error shown as:
1) The Permission ID is invalid.
2) The Permission Entity Function ID is invalid.
3) The Permission Entity Function ID is not mapped to Permission ID.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. User tries to import admin role and modify permission 'Add Item'.

2. User has input the value 'Add Item' in column Workflow ID and imported the file.

3. The import job failed with error 'Invalid Permission ID'

It is caused by the Permission ID ( workflow ID)  is incorrect . The Permission ID might be different from permission name.

Please export the role to get the correct Permission ID.

1. Log into Learning Administration.

2. Navigate to System Administration-->System Management Tools --> Export Data --> Entity Type: Admin Role

3. Role ID:All --> Default Role with all Permission --> Add

4. Download the table and search for the correct Permission ID

If user has already input correct Permission ID but still experienced the issue, please try to download the import template again or use the exported Admin Role data file directly.
