Symptom
When crated multiple CX Journey using CX flow and there are multiple customer records which started cx flow but not completed.
Ideally these customer should be part of “Total Drop Rate” in CX journey.
But Total Drop Rate always showing as zero records . Can you please check this why “Total Drop Rate’ not showing any records even though these are available .
Issues:
1.Customer Journey not showing "Total Drop Rate" data
2.Customer Journey not showing graph for "Median Duration In Journey Over Time" & "Journey Expiry Before Completion Over Time'
3.CX flow not showing data for Customer Engagement
4.CX flow not showing graph for "Activations Over Time " & "Top Categories"
