3391704 - MM02 Material Change Issue: Outdated Messages Displayed, Failing to Reflect Latest Changes

Symptom

When a change is applied to a material via MM02, the recent change is not considered. Checking this in SRT_MONI, the material does not contain the latest change but a change in the material prior e.g changing the material description and saving this change would not reflect until another character is added and saved again.
