3391721 - Warning When Creating a Basic Rule 2H 2023

In the 2H 2023 Release, when creating a new Basic Business Rule a warning is shown:
You have selected the Basic scenario. This scenario doesn’t provide any guidance and is replaced by application-specific scenarios, since they are less error-prone, provide more guidance and additional features. Please check for any existing application scenario to fit your rule requirement. Only use the Basic scenario in case there is no application-specific scenario available.
