The Time Value for the field 'Value To' is Defaulted to 00:00 instead of 23:59.

SAP Cloud for Customer 

1. Go to Visits Workcenter.
2. Go to Visits Workcenter view.
3. Click on the Advanced Search Filter in the OWL screen.
4. For Start Date/Time or End Date/Time, select the More Options button.
5. Select the Between condition.
6. Enter only the Date value.

The Time value for the field 'Value To' is defaulted to 00:00 instead of 23:59.

This is the current system behaviour. The definition of 'Between' can be defined in multiple ways. But when considering it in the context of DATETIME, then when you enter the end date without entering the time, then it is by default 00:00 hours. Here the relevance of the time field under the date field is in the context of DATETIME.
