3391848 - ERROR: ModelSavingException: Couldn't instantiate item for given PK

Symptom

When the user tries to save the changes of the items in the Backoffice, an error message may show in the Backoffice:

Unable to update: {{item}} - {{Catalog Version}} | Unexpected error

The issue could also be identified by trying to ImpEx or Synchronize the same item, the error can be found in the backend / Opensearch as below:
