3391886 - How to check for Deleted Transactional Data

You would like to check for deleted transactional data in C4C

You have deleted a transactional document such as Lead, Opportunity, Activities, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, etc and would like to check who deleted it and when it was deleted

The user can check the deleted data:

1. Go to the Administrator Workcenter.
2. Go to General Settings Workcenter view.
3. Select Deleted Data under Data Management section.
4. Under object filter by the related business object (Leads, Opportunities, Activities, etc.).
5. You would be able to view the Document ID, Deleted On , Deleted By

NOTE: Once a transactional document is deleted, we can only view it under Deleted Data, but not possible to restore it.
