3391889 - Form Fields are not available to map - Onboarding

In Onboarding "Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates" there is no fields available to map for a specific form.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login in the customer instance
2. Go to "Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates"
3. Search for the form
4. Click in the icon to do the mapping
5. See there is no fields available

The name of the placeholder doesn't include the numeric index value in its name.

For example:

Country1, Country2, Country3

If you configured three fields to list the countries/regions related to three national ID documents in your template, only one placeholder is available for mapping all the countries/regions.
