How does Library Attachment Manage Access work?

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Library Workcenter.
2. Go to Library Workcenter view.
3. Create a new Folder.
4. Select the Folder.
5. Click the More button and select Manage Access.
6. Remove a Sales Data line item.
7. When a sub Folder is created, it still inherits all the Sales Data.

The sales data inherited is from immediate parent folder, and distinct entities of sales data are inherited to the sub folder along with non-inherited ones.

It inherits the Union of distinct (Sales Data) from parent Folder.

This is the current system behaviour.
