3391904 - Add custom Competency/Skill in attribute section not showing all Competency/Attributes - SuccessFactors Performance Management

When creating an attribute section in a Performance Form to use Custom Competencies or Skills, not all Competencies or Skill are shown to be added.

2. Category is not found in Manage Template > Attribute Section > Skill > Add Custom Skill

Currently, this is the system expected behavior, when creating Competencies/Skills in Talent Intelligence Hub, the field Tag is not required, however, this field associates with the Category field to select the Competencies/Skills in the attribute section of the Performance Form

In order to add Custom Competencies/Skills in the form, it is required that the Competencies/Skills are associated to a Tag, that will be seen as the Category in the Performance Form

Our Development team is working on an enhancement for parity and the word Category being Replaced to Tag in the Performance Management Forms for Customers with Talent Intelligence Hub enabled, however, this is planned for a future Release.
