You cannot edit a Survey from Survey Facet of Opportunity BO

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Sales Workcenter.
2. Go to Opportunity Workcenter view.
3. Open any Opportunity which has a Survey present.
4. Go to Survey Facet.
5. Select a Survey--> click More button --> click Edit option
6. The survey opens in a new browser tab.
7. Enter the mandatory fields and click Submit.
8. You get an error message: 'Request not successful.'
9. Close the survey.
10. You get a system dump.

This is because HTML5 is sunset. 

Directly use the Survey link to add Survey Response.
