Reproducing the Issue
- Log in to system
- Navigate to Admin Center > Performance Management > Continuous Performance Management Configuration
- Enable Allow CPM data to be used to support skills inferencing in Talent Intelligence Hub > Save Configuration
- Add a skill to the Talent Intelligence Hub Attributes Library
- Home dropdown > Growth Portfolio
- The skill added to Talent Intelligence Hub does not show as a recommendation in the Recommended for You section
