3391953 - Error in a Lease Posting Run

You are trying to perform a new Lease Posting Run, but after the run is finished you have the following error message: 

'Secondary processes are not allowed to create rounding difference rows
Other valuation items related to lease contract DEF cannot be processed'

(DEF represents the lease contract)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Lease Contract Management work center.
2. Go to Lease Posting Run subview. 
3. Select All Lease Valuation Posting Run. 
4. Search for Run ID XYZ (XYZ represents the run ID). 
5. In Log Details click "View". 
6. Go to Messages tab. 
7. Here we can see the following error message: 

'Secondary processes are not allowed to create rounding difference rows
Other valuation items related to lease contract DEF cannot be processed'

There is a workaround proposed which was to have the company transition date set to a date that was not the last day of the month. You can change following the steps below:

1. General Ledger work center.
2. Companies subview.
3. Select the related company, click the "Actions" button > Set Lease Contract Transition Date, and then once again valuate and run the initiation/clearing run.
