Symptom

You integrate content from on-premise solutions with SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition by following Content Providers - On-Premise Solutions

When trying to access the tile, you see either of below error；

  • <subdomain>-sapdelim-<runtime-destination-name>.launchpad.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com's server IP address could not be found.
  • We can't connect to the server at <subdomain>-sapdelim-<runtime-destination-name>.launchpad.cfapps.<region>.hana.ondemand.com
