3392105 - Cannot assign a WBS Element to a Production Order

1. User wants to create a Production Order (PO) via Create Production Order with Project (CO10) app, but receives error message 'Project does not allow make-to-order stock (CO746)';
2. User wants to assign a WBS Element to a Production Order while creating/changing the PO in Create/ Change Production Order app (CO01/CO02). However, after entering the WBS Element under the 'Assignment' tab, the message 'User status INIT is active (BS014)' is displayed.

To assign a WBS Element to a Production Order, the WBS Element must belong to a project with Project Stock.

Both error messages are shown because the WBS Element selected in the 'Assignment' tab belongs to a project without Project Stock.

Make sure that the WBS Element which has to be assigned to the PO belong to a project with Project Stock.

To confirm if a project has Project Stock, users can:

1. Open app Project Control - Enterprise Projects;
2. Search for the project in which the WBS Element is created;
3. Check the Project Profile field of the project.
   • Project Stock is enabled for projects with profile Investment Project and Project with Revenue;
   • In opposition, Stock is not enabled for projects with profile Overhead Project and Statistical Project.
