Symptom

  • IQ server caught signal 11 and crashed with stack trace.
  • The IN list items could reach 8000+ items.
  • Re-run of the query may succeeded when the IQ server has less active connections.
  • The stack includes:
    SQLParser::pa_unary_expr
    MakeUnaryExpr
    Normalize::normalizeTSQLComparisons
    Normalize::normalizeTSQLComparisons - repeated many times
