3392438 - "No authorization to import samples" error when trying to import through file system method

Symptom

Customer is getting the following error when trying to import through file system method: "No authorization to import samples" even though he is system-owner.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2023.16.10

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to SAC
  2. Go to Transport > Import > File System > Continue > Upload
  3. Select source file > Ok > Upload > Ok
  4. Get the following error: "No authorization to import samples" 

Cause
