Symptom
- Generally, SAP Support will use Support user to log on to customer tenant to reproduce an issue (see SAP KBA 3069559)
- In this case, SAP Support cannot reproduce one issue based on Live Data connection to SAP HANA Cloud is using SAML SSO
- What information do I need to provide to enable SAP Support replicate issue with Live Data connection to SAP HANA cloud?
