Reproducing the Issue
You have a custom implementation that is sending emails using Platinum Engineering Library
Cause
The grammatical error in the line of text delivered with the email is from Platinum Engineering which is not supported and which SPA has no influence over.
Resolution
This library is not supported by SAP product support.
