3392549 - Activation of a Write-Optimized DSO fails with PSA table is not partitioned.

Symptom

While trying to perform the activation of a Write-Optimized DSO using RSDG_ODSO_ACTIVATE or trying to run RSDU_WODSO_REPART_HD getting the following error:

"PSA table &1 is not partitioned

Message no. RS_PSA_DEP002

Error when resetting DataStore Object (classic) &2 to the active version

Message no. RSO410"
