When a suppler punchin into B&I from a collaboration request for the first time, an AribaSupplierNetworkUser is created at B&I realm. But if the supplier changed the user name later in the SAP Business Network account, the change will not be synchronized to the B&I realm. This causes the user name in the collaboration message, or in the collaboration notification remains as the old user name.
