3392598 - 2H 2023: New Ask HR icon availability in the Mobile App

You wish to know when the new Ask HR icon will be available in the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile App.

  • Ask HR (ECSC)

iOS
The new Ask HR icon will be available with the Production Release, starting on 17th November 2023.

Android
There is known issue being checked by the SF Engineering team, refer to KBA 3397040 - New Ask HR icon is not available on Android - SuccessFactors Mobile App.
