3392606 - Unable Perform Goods Issue for delivery where Pack items should be generated

Creation of the Outbound Delivery (OD) is scheduled to occur after the completion of the loading process via PPF action. Yet, when user tries to execute the Departure + Save or Goods Issue for the Outbound Delivery through the Transportation Unit (TU), user encounters an "Application Error." The application error was set in method SET_APPLICATION_ERROR /BOPF/CL_FRW. The system is configured to generate packaging item at the creation of the Outbound Delivery.
