Symptom

EM frequently shutting down with the following errors in the file IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log: 

  • [ERROR] [Timer-1] [Manager] Uncaught Exception in Enterprise Manager: In thread 'Timer-1' and the message is: java.lang.InternalError: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
  • [ERROR] [AWT-EventQueue-0] [Manager] Uncaught Exception in Enterprise Manager: In thread 'AWT-EventQueue-0' and the message is: java.lang.InternalError: java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException
